Terms of Service

Last updated: August 27, 2026

1. Accepting these terms

By signing up for or using PeacePage, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be available on this page.

2. What PeacePage provides

PeacePage is a creator tool that helps you manage comments, replies, and wellness across connected platforms like YouTube and Twitch. We do not replace your platform accounts or remove content from those platforms directly. Hidden or quarantined comments remain visible on the original platform unless you take action there.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use PeacePage, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

4. Connecting platforms

When you connect a YouTube or Twitch account, you authorize PeacePage to access the data needed to fetch comments and channel information. You can revoke that access at any time through your platform account settings or by disconnecting the account inside PeacePage. We do not store your platform passwords.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PeacePage to harass, abuse, or deceive others; to automate harmful interactions; to scrape data you do not have rights to; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans will be available via a waitlist initially. When billing launches, subscription terms, pricing, and renewal periods will be shown clearly before you confirm a purchase. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content and comments. PeacePage owns the software, brand, and design of the service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer PeacePage without permission.

8. Limitations of liability

PeacePage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months, or zero if you have used the Free plan.
