Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on PeacePage infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to hello@peacepage.app with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request." Your notice should include the following information:

• Your full name, mailing address, and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• The exact URL or location on PeacePage where the material appears.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

How we respond

We will review each notice promptly. If the notice is complete and appears valid, we will remove or disable access to the material in question and notify the user who posted it, when possible. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address above. It should include your contact information, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal district court.
